Vi i styrelsen har som ambition att ha så många aktiva åkare/ledare i vår förening som möjligt.
För de åkare som valt att slutat träna/tävla av olika anledningar, så vill vi erbjuda andra träningsformer/möjligheter inom förening så som Synkro, Teamåkning hjälptränare etc.
Det kommer att göra att vi blir en större och mer attraktiv förening med fler möjligheter att utvecklas inom idrotten, men även i det sociala livet.
Vi tycker det är fantastiskt roligt att det finns ungdomar och föräldrar som vill kämpa för vår föreningens utveckling. Precis så vi vill att vår förening skall fungera samt exakt i enhet enligt våra värderingar GGG (glädje, glöd, gemenskap).
Nya styrelsen har haft sitt första möte och vi har diskuterat vad vi behöver göra för att förening ska fortsätta ta steg framåt och där igenom kom diskussionen om Synkro upp. Våra värderingar (GGG) är otroligt viktiga för oss och är ett fundament för att vi ska lyckas tillsammans. Självklart kommer vi inte att lyckas med allt detta själva, utan vi kommer att behöva vara hjälp av samtliga i föreningen. Synkro och Team är en av många steg i rätt riktning.
Vi kommer att ha mycket jobb framför oss och mer information om våra tankar/strategi kommer på vår Kick Off nu på söndag. Har du inte anmält dig, så ber vi dig göra detta via vår hemsida www.osbykk.nu

Nu blickar vi framåt och siktar på en fantastisk säsong i enhet med våra värderingar GGG.

Hey all
We on the board’s ambition is to have as many active skiers / leaders in our association as possible.
For those skiers who have chosen to stop training / competing for various reasons, we want to offer other forms of training / opportunities within the association such as Synkro, Team riding, assistant coaches, etc.
It will make us a larger and more attractive association with more opportunities to develop in sports, but also in social life.
We think it is fantastic fun that there are young people and parents who want to fight for our association’s development. Just the way we want our association to function and exactly in unity according to our values GGG (joy, enthusiasm, community).
The new board has had its first meeting and we have discussed what we need to do for the association to continue to take steps forward and through that came the discussion about Synkro. Our values (GGG) are incredibly important to us and are a foundation for us to succeed together. Of course, we will not succeed with all this ourselves, but we will need the help of everyone in the association. Syncro and Team is one of many steps in the right direction.
