Det är viktigt för oss (OKK) att ha rätt kontaktuppgifter i vårt medlemsregister, därför ber vi dig skriva in aktuell information i formuläret, senast 7 februari.Det finns möjlighet att fylla i kontaktuppgifter till upp till två vårdnadshavare per barn. För vår del (OKK) räcker det att vi har korrekta kontaktuppgifter till en (1) vårdnadshavare.
