Inledning-
\u00c4ntligen \u00e4r vi ig\u00e5ng med en ny s\u00e4song av konst\u00e5kning. Det ska bli s\u00e5 fantastiskt roligt att tr\u00e4ffa er och se hur lyckliga barnen \u00e4r n\u00e4r dom \u00e5ker konst\u00e5kning.
Sommaren har varit underbar och vi hoppas p\u00e5 att ni haft en riktigt sk\u00f6n semester och sommarlov.
M\u00e5nga av oss har genomf\u00f6rt f\u00f6rsta och andra vaccinationen och vi hoppas verkligen p\u00e5 att restriktionerna sl\u00e4pper inom kort. Inom konst\u00e5kningsv\u00e4rlden s\u00e5 \u00e4r tr\u00e4ningar och t\u00e4vlingar i full g\u00e5ng igen. Vi h\u00e5ller dock kontakt med f\u00f6rbunden med j\u00e4mna mellanrum f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00e4kra oss om att vi INTE g\u00f6r n\u00e5got f\u00f6rhastat som g\u00f6ra att smittspridningen \u00f6kar p\u00e5 nytt. Ni kommer under \u00e5ret f\u00e5 l\u00f6pande information om pandemil\u00e4get.
Tr\u00e4nare –
Sedan vi fick information att Benjamin inte l\u00e4ngre kunde medverka som tr\u00e4nare i Osby Konst\u00e5kningsklubb har vi letat tr\u00e4nare. Vi har under v\u00e5ren och sommaren varit i kontakt med ett tio talet tr\u00e4nare d\u00e4r vi haft m\u00e5nga bra och mindre bra kandidater. Under f\u00f6rsommaren och sommaren har vi hittat och kommit \u00f6verens med en tr\u00e4nare. Anst\u00e4llningsavtalet skrevs p\u00e5 s\u00e5 sent som i torsdags kv\u00e4ll. V\u00e5r nya huvudtr\u00e4nare heter Josefine Ingvarsson och \u00e4r bosatt i Mellbystrand. F\u00f6r er som handlat skridskor fr\u00e5n Ishuset (Malm\u00f6 eller Mellbystrand) har med all sannolikhet redan tr\u00e4ffat henne. Jossan var ocks\u00e5 i Osby och st\u00f6ttade upp som tr\u00e4nare n\u00e4r vi under en period stod utan huvudtr\u00e4nare. Vi h\u00e4lsar alla Jossan varmt v\u00e4lkommen till f\u00f6reningen.
Under uppstarten av s\u00e4songen som kommer vi att ha lite problem med tr\u00e4nare. Anledningen till detta \u00e4r att Jossan idag har en anst\u00e4llning annat st\u00e4lle och hon k\u00e4nner att hon vill avsluta detta p\u00e5 ett bra och snyggt s\u00e4tt. Anst\u00e4llningen i Osby kommer s\u00e5ledes att b\u00f6rja g\u00e4lla f\u00f6rst den 1:e oktober. Fram till dess s\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver vi jobba stenh\u00e5rt med att hitta andra l\u00f6sningar.
I veckan har vi kommit \u00f6verens med en gammal konst\u00e5kare i Osby att hj\u00e4lpa oss att komma ig\u00e5ng med tr\u00e4ningen. \u00c5sa van Welter (fd. Persson) kommer att vara behj\u00e4lplig p\u00e5 tisdagar och onsdagar fram till det att Jossan \u00e4r p\u00e5 plats. Ev. s\u00e5 kommer \u00c5sa \u00e4ven att kunna hj\u00e4lpa till n\u00e5gon fredag d\u00e5 och d\u00e5. Mer information om detta kommer l\u00f6pande fram\u00f6ver.
\u00d6vriga dagar jobbar vi f\u00f6r fullt med att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka l\u00f6sa. Vi kommer att beh\u00f6va n\u00e5gon av ER f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrars hj\u00e4lp med att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka l\u00f6sa situationen. Vissa dagar kommer det att bli att vi f\u00e5r bedriva \u201degen tr\u00e4ning\u201d. Viktigt \u00e4r att vi ALLTID har minst en styck minder\u00e5rig f\u00f6r\u00e4lder p\u00e5 plats som ansvarar f\u00f6r att det inte h\u00e4nder n\u00e5got p\u00e5 isen under tr\u00e4ning. Vi kommer att kalla till en digital f\u00f6r\u00e4ldratr\u00e4ff d\u00e4r vi i styrelsen vill ber\u00e4tta om verksamheten i allm\u00e4nhet. F\u00f6r att bedriva en f\u00f6rening s\u00e5 m\u00e5ste alla vi f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrar hj\u00e4lpa till och ta ett stort ansvar i n\u00e5gon av v\u00e5ra arbetsgrupper.
Vi kommer att b\u00f6rja m\u00f6tet med en liten kort presentation av Josefine d\u00e4r hon sj\u00e4lv ber\u00e4ttar lite om sig sj\u00e4lv samt d\u00e4r NI har m\u00f6jlighet att st\u00e4lla n\u00e5gra fr\u00e5gor till henne. Finally, we have started a new season of figure skating. It will be such great fun to meet you and see how happy the kids are when they are skating. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training and competitions are back, but we are in close contact with the figure skating association in order to make sure we do not do something hastily, and cause the spread of infection to rise again. We have been looking for a new trainer ever since we learned Benjamin would not continue in Osby. During spring and summer we have been in touch with around 10 candidates, and finally signed a contract last Thursday. Josefine Ingvarsson will be our new head trainer. Those of you who shopped for skates at Ishuset (Malm\u00f6 or Mellbystrand) probably know her, as she is the owner of those stores. Jossan has already worked with us in the past when we needed a trainer to fill in. We warmly welcome Josefine to Osby KK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unfortunately, as communicated before, Josefine cannot start immediately because she is currently employed and has other obligations. Her start date in Osby is October 1st – until then, we will do our best to find replacements. \u00c5sa Van Welter, who is a veteran skater from Osby, will be helping us in the coming weeks. She will be holding training sessions in Osby on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and possibly some Fridays. We are working on finding other solutions for the rest of the days – some days will have to be \u201cself training\u201d. Some time for the kids to practice their programs, or work on anything they want. During those sessions, we need at least one adult to be in the rink and supervise. To run the club, we need all the parents to participate and help in some way. We will tell you about the different workgroups we have and hope to enlist your help for one of them. The meeting will start with a brief presentation of Josefine where she will tell you a little bit about herself and you will have the opportunity to ask her some questions. The meeting will be held digitally are on Monday, 30\/8, 19:00-20:00.
